BAINSVILLE – Police have arrested a man in connection to a scheme where fraudulent credit cards were used to buy lottery tickets.

SD&G O.P.P. started an investigation Aug. 6 after two men went into the Bainsville ONRoute on North Service Road.

Police said they had purchased several lottery tickets with counterfeit plastic.

He is facing 15 counts of fraud and 22 counts of failing to comply with a probation order.

He appeared in Cornwall court Thursday for a bail hearing.
