CORNWALL – Much like the last batch of street banners, the City of Cornwall is selling of the latest depictions of the War of 1812.

The outgoing banners are going for $10 each and the proceeds will go to the local United Way.

The cash-only purchases are being done on a first-come, first-served basis at the Economic Development office on the main floor of the civic complex during office hours.

The city put up a new set of banners over the Victoria Day weekend, depicting life in Cornwall by various local artists.
