SOUTH GLENGARRY – A North Glengarry man is facing a criminal charge after a spectacle this week on Highway 401.
SD&G O.P.P. say a witness spotted a man “performing an indecent act” while driving on the freeway, east of Cornwall.
A North Glengarry man, 33, was arrested and charged with committing an indecent act in a public place.
He was released with a promise to appear in an Alexandria court next month.
