SOUTH GLENGARRY – The township, east of Cornwall, has put a burn ban in place as the region deals with very dry conditions.

It comes days after South Stormont put a similar ban in effect.

South Glengarry is not allowing any open air burning, including open air fires and recreational fire.

The ban in both townships will stay in place until conditions improve.
