CORNWALL – If you’ve driven through the Rotary Traffic Circle you can’t miss the bright colours and different contraptions set up in the former Walmart parking lot.
Carter Shows has brought its carnival to the city.
Today is opening day (Friday at 4 p.m.) and it will be here until Sunday, May 10.
The city says the carnival and midway did obtain a proper business licence and has permission from the property owner to set up in the old parking lot off Seventh Street.
Previously, the carnival set up near the Benson Center.
