CORNWALL – Some St. Lawrence College students are proving they are both leaders in their sports and in the classroom.
Students from SLC’s three campuses were honoured during the year-end athletic banquets.
Those receiving academic honours in Cornwall were Jessica Bellefeuille, Liam Chaussi, Colton Gallant, Brian Gwanyama, Andrew Johnson, Jeffrey McAlear, Jody Mclennan, Kelly McLeod, Stephanie Quosdorf, Samual Rouleau, Danial Sabourin-Leduc, Terahlyn Standring and Darren Templeton.
In other to qualify, the full-time student must maintain a 3.5 GPA during the first semester.
The college says it boasts the highest number of Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) All-Academic Varsity athletes in the province.
