NORTH STORMONT – Friday the 13th turned out to be really unlucky for one township man.

The suspect, 25, was stopped by SD&G O.P.P. at 3 p.m. on County Road 13 after allegedly going through a stop sign.

Officers say they found marijuana in the vehicle.

In addition to charges of possession of marijuana and failing to stop at a stop sign, the accused is also charged with failing to surrender his driver’s licence and driving with expired plates.

He will be in a Cornwall court April 7.
