Cruickshank takes provincial award

KINGSTON – A construction company well known in Glengarry and Dundas and those around SD&G has received a provincial award.

Cruickshank Construction Limited has been named Paver of the Year for 2014 by the Ontario Road Builders’ Association.

The Kingston-based company was picked this month from three-finalists based on paving smoothness, night paving, completion, workmanship and product quality.

The award was based on Cruikshank’s work on paving Highway 401 in the Napanee area, between Belleville and Kingston.

Cruikshank won the Business of the Year Award during the 2014 edition of the South Glengarry Business and Community Awards.

The company has offices in Morrisburg and operations in Green Valley.
