SD&G – For a fourth time this season, Cornwall and the United Counties are under an extreme cold warning.
Environment Canada issued the warning Thursday afternoon saying a long period of very cold wind chills are expected across the region.
The wind will make it feel like minus 35 to minus 40 until Friday morning when temperatures are expected to rise.
You’re being advised to dress warmly and in layers to protect against frost bite and hypothermia.
