CORNWALL – It certainly wasn’t Santa Claus sneaking around a home on Montreal Road Christmas Day.
City police say caught a man red-handed as he was pinching property that didn’t belong to him.
The accused – a 31-year-old from Cornwall – was arrested Thursday and charged with break and enter, breach of two probation orders and two court orders to keep the peace.
He was held for a bail hearing.
