A Christmas classic in Chesterville

CHESTERVILLE – A cross-Canada tour of a one-man rendition of “A Christmas Carol” will be making a stop in North Dundas.

Using various costumes and voices, John D. Huston heads to various towns a cities across the country acting out the popular Charles Dickens classic.

Also performing that night will be the return of Morewood soprano Camille Beauchamp.

The show is one night only on Wednesday, Dec. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Christ Church United in Chesterville.

Huston’s shows last year in Chesterville raised $800 for local charities.

The church will also be collecting non-perishable food items for the House of Lazarus food bank in Mountain.
