SOUTH STORMONT – A South Stormont man is facing a number of charges after allegedly threatening to kill members of his own family.
Provincial police responded to a complaint on Wednesday at a home on O’Keefe Road in South Stormont.
Investigators learned that the man had made threats on several occasions and was also accused of soliciting a minor for sexual purposes.
A 21-year-old man was arrested Thursday and is facing three counts of uttering threats and a count of invitation to sexual touching.
Police did not release the man’s name in order to protect the identity of the family.
He was held in custody for a bail hearing in Cornwall Friday.
