CORNWALL – City police are asking for your help in locating a missing city man. Robert J. Seguin, 67, was last seen by his family near Seventh Street West on Oct. 3. Police say he may require medical help. Foul play is not suspected in his disappearance and police are looking to check on his well-being. Seguin is 5’6”, 130 lbs., with short grey hair. He has no teeth or facial hair. Seguin was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jacket and a burgundy sweater. If you see Robert J. Seguin you’re asked to call Det. Const.
