NORTH GLENGARRY, Ont. – A thief took advantage of a flat tire to make off with a high-priced Italian superbike. SD&G O.P.P. say a motorist on Highway 417 got a flat tire on their trailer on Sunday. They were hauling a white 2013 Ducati Panigale motorcycle. Police say someone made off with the white-coloured bike and trailer while the owner went to get parts to repair the flat. The bike is worth at least $18,000 according to MotorcyclistOnline.com. The owner is from Quebec.
