Rash of weekend Glengarry break-ins

NORTH GLENGARRY, Ont. — Police are looking for any leads in a rash of break-ins in Glengarry over the weekend. The first two happened overnight Friday. Police say a home on Concession 8 in North Glengarry was entered and three shotguns, two laptop computers, tools and a cell phone were taken. Around the same time in South Glengarry, a home on Glen Roy Road was broken into and a battery charger, gas cans, tools and a grass trimmer were lifted. Then overnight Saturday, someone smashed the window of a vehicle parked on Tyotown Road in South Glengarry and made off with a large subwoofer speaker.
