CHESTERVILLE – Three people have been charged after a Saturday morning fight ended up with two of the assailants swinging a baseball bat.
SD&G O.P.P. say it happened around 4:30 a.m. (Aug. 4) on Queen Street in Chesterville where there had been “an altercation…between various males.”
It seems two of the accused decided to do some batting practice with the victim’s car before taking off.
A 17-year-old Casselman boy is charged with assault with a weapon, two counts of failing to comply with a court order and one count of mischief.
A 20-year-old man from The Nation and a 19-year-old woman from Casselman are also facing mischief charges.
The 20-year-old faces an additional charge of disguise with intent.
