Cornwall Colts blanked by Braves

CORNWALL – The Cornwall Colts were shut out by the Brockville Braves at the Ed Lumley Arena Thursday night.

The Brockville team outshot the Colts 36-30 and goalie Liam Lascelle turned aside 35 shots but ended up being recorded with the loss.

The final score was 1-0.

The Colts fall to 26-22-4-2 – good for 58 points. They sit third in the Yzerman Division, behind the Hawks with 66 points and the Junior Senators with 90.

Cornwall is on the road tonight (Friday) for a match with the Smiths Falls Bears.
