SD&G O.P.P. revive case looking for tips

MAXVILLE — Provincial police have revived a two year old hit-and-run case, hoping someone may have information.

It happened on Christmas Eve in 2015 when a man was struck by a vehicle on County Road 22 (Dyer Road) around 4 a.m.

Christopher Coleman, who was 34 years old at the time, had life-threatening injuries at the time, but has since been recovering.

Police have no description of the vehicle.

Anyone with information about this investigation is encouraged to contact the SD&G O.P.P. at 613-534-2223 or after hours at 1-888-310-1122. You can also call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

This is the second time O.P.P. have appealed for tips – they did in July 2016.
