DUNVEGAN – The law has caught up with an alleged peeping Tom in North Glengarry.
SD&G O.P.P. had started an investigation in March after getting reports of a man peering in someone’s window at their home on County Road 24.
This happened on two separate occasions, police said.
Roderick Welburn, 56, of North Glengarry was arrested yesterday (May 10) and is charged with two counts of voyeurism and a charge of criminal harassment.
He will held in custody pending a bail hearing in Cornwall.
