CORNWALL – An award-winning filmmaker will be the keynote speaker for next month’s Children’s Treatment Center Bike-A-Thon Plus Kickoff Breakfast.

Peter O’Brian, the producer of The Grey Fox and My American Cousin, will recount his ordeal of sexual abuse that he lived with for over 50 years before coming forward with his story.

His topic will be “Silence No More.”

O’Brian’s testimony resulted in the conviction of his assailant, Hugh Henry, who was charged with 13 counts of indecent assault against nine minors. O’Brian had been molested when he was nine to 12 years old.

Henry died before his was convicted after stepping in front of commuter train.
