SD&SG – Liberal party members will choose their candidate next week.
The Liberal Party of Canada has chosen June 23 as nomination day for the Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry riding.
The voting by card-carrying Liberals will start following the speeches at 6:30 p.m. at Nav Center on Montreal Road and will conclude at 8:30 p.m.
There are three candidates in the running: Ingleside businesswoman Patricia Pichette, Catholic school board employee Corey Kalsi of Williamstown and Cornwall councillor Bernadette Clement.
The federal election is scheduled for Oct. 19.
