CORNWALL – The city has named its new human resources manager.
CAO Norm Levac announced Tuesday that Geoff Clarke has been hired as the new director of human resources.
He officially started the job Monday.
Levac says Clarke is a “seasoned human resources professional with a high level of experience in both the private and public sector.”
The Oshawa native has worked for the St. Joseph’s Health Care Group in Thunder Bay and Bruce Power in Tiverton.
Clarke takes over Dail Levesque, who retired after serving since August, 2012. Levesque had been brought on in January in a part-time capacity after Robert Menagh was dismissed without cause.
