CORNWALL, Ont. – Cornwall’s top administrator is retiring. CAO Norm Levac announced his retirement today in a media release. “I’ve been fortunate to work with a great team of people who are committed to moving Cornwall forward,” he said. Levac is one of the longest-serving members of the city’s administrative staff. He was infrastructure and municipal works manager before assuming the role of CAO in January, 2013 after Paul Fitzpatrick retired. There’s no timeline on finding a replacement for Levac. It likely won’t be tackled until the October 27 election is done.
