Petition to keep No Frills store in Cornwall Square

A number of local downtown residents are hoping Loblaws will reconsider the decision to close down the Cornwall Square No Frills store.

Debbie St.John-de Wit, executive director of the Seaway Valley Community Health Centre, delivered a petition signed by 448 people to store manager Tony McLaughlin on Tuesday asking the company to consider either making the store a little smaller, or re-opening in another downtown location.
